Teams will start the ARWC2006 at 1100 with a short sprint on foot across the grass start area to their inline skates. Racers will inline, scooter or kickbike 2 km uphill to Högfjällhotell to the first transition. This start will be frenetic - the Scandinavians are skillful skaters and will start very quickly.
